Concept 1: Fire Elemental Corgi. I'd probably use a normal corgi for the orthos and then use substance and z brush to bring out the fire/lava look. I feel like this one would be more of a challenge texturing since I would have to work with glow and lighting in order to bring out that lava texture. A moving texturing would be neat too (but I doubt I'd do that).
Concept 2: Mechanostrider. For this one the modeling I would use the orthos I have, but have use the head given in the other references. I feel like this one could get more complicated because it's made of so many different parts, but texturing would be a lot easier since it's mostly made of metal.
